🚗 Baby Car Seat Rentals in Vietnam

 

Q3. Why do I need a baby or child car seat in Vietnam?

Car travel in Vietnam is common and road conditions can vary. A proper child safety seat is the best way to protect your baby.

Starting January 2026, Vietnamese traffic law will require child car seats by law.

Q4. What car seat brands and models are available?

We exclusively offer premium international brands such as Nuna and Stokke, certified under ECE R129 (i-Size) safety standards.

Q5. Can you deliver to the airport or rental car location?

Yes — we can deliver to Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, Cam Ranh (Nha Trang), and Phu Quoc airports.

You can also arrange delivery to your car rental counter or private driver before arrival.

 

 

🏨 Baby Cot, Crib, and Stroller Rentals

 

Q6. Why should I rent a baby crib or cot in Vietnam?

Most hotels and villas in Vietnam don’t provide baby cribs or use unsafe models.

Yes. We also rent travel strollers, car seats, high chairs, cots/cribs, baby carriers, playpens, sterilizers, etc.  All products are suitable for Vietnam’s streets and climates.

Q11. Is there a minimum rental period?

​

Yes. To ensure fair logistics and sanitation costs, the minimum rental period is 2 nights (48 hours).

We do not offer 1-night rentals.

 

Q12. How far in advance should I book?

​

To guarantee availability, please book at least 3–5 days in advance, especially during holidays (Tet, Christmas, or summer).

 

Next-day delivery is possible in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, and Phu Quoc, subject to availability.

 

Q13. Is shipping free?

​

Delivery and collection fees apply and vary by location.

 

• Within central Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang: from VND 80,000 – 150,000 per trip

• Other areas and airports: calculated by distance or courier service

 

All costs will be clearly shown in your quotation, no hidden fees.

 

 

💳 Payment, Deposit & Returns

 

Q14. What payment methods do you accept?

Q15. Is a deposit required?

​

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all rented items.

Deposit amounts vary by product category (e.g., higher for cribs and car seats).

Your deposit is fully refunded after items are returned, cleaned, and inspected for damage.

 

Q16. How do I return the rental products?

​

We’ll arrange pick-up from your hotel, villa, Airbnb, or airport.

Please message us via LINE, WeChat, or WhatsApp at least 12 hours before departure to confirm collection time.

 

Q17. Can I extend my rental period?

​

Yes, of course. If your travel plans change, simply contact our support team before your end date. We’ll extend your rental based on availability.

 

Q18. What if an item is damaged during use?

​

Minor wear and tear are completely fine.

For major damage or loss, we charge a reasonable repair or replacement fee, depending on the product’s condition.

We’re transparent and fair, always prioritizing customer trust.
