Shipping Policy

1. General Information

 

At KidEase Rentals, we strive to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our customers by ensuring prompt and reliable delivery and pickup of our rental equipment. We offer both local and nationwide shipping options to accommodate travelers and families staying in Vietnam.

 

2. Delivery and Pickup Locations

 

We deliver and collect rental equipment at:

 

Hotel lobbies and concierge desks

 

Villas and private residences

 

Apartments and serviced residences

 

Any other accommodation specified by the customer

 

 

The drop-off location may differ from the pickup location; however, all delivery and collection details must be arranged before the booking is confirmed.

 

3. Shipping Methods

 

Ho Chi Minh City Deliveries: We use Grab Express for fast and efficient local deliveries.

 

Nationwide Deliveries: We partner with reputable national courier companies for deliveries and pickups across Vietnam.

 

 

4. Delivery Timeframes

 

Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

 

Next-Day Delivery: Available upon request for urgent orders.

 

 

Customers are advised to place their rental bookings in advance to ensure timely delivery.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and method used. The total shipping fee is added to the rental fee and will be clearly displayed on the customer’s invoice before payment is made.

 

6. Delivery and Pickup Arrangements

 

Customers must provide accurate delivery and pickup details at the time of booking.

 

If there are any changes to the scheduled delivery or pickup location, customers must notify KidEase Rentals at least 24 hours in advance to ensure smooth coordination.

 

Hotel deliveries and pickups will be coordinated with the hotel concierge where applicable.

 

 

7. Responsibility and Acceptance

 

Customers or their designated representatives (e.g., hotel staff, concierge, family members) must be available to receive and return the rental equipment at the agreed-upon location and time.

 

Once the equipment has been delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for its care and security until it is returned to KidEase Rentals.

 

 

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

 

If a delivery or pickup cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unavailability of the recipient, or last-minute changes not communicated in time, additional delivery charges may apply.

 

If a customer misses a scheduled pickup, they may be charged for extra rental days until the item is successfully returned.
