Welcome to KidEase Rentals. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (www.KidEase-Rentals.com) and the rental of baby and children’s equipment from KidEase Rentals. By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.

1. About KidEase Rentals

 

KidEase Rentals provides essential baby and young children’s equipment for short-term rental to families traveling in Vietnam. We offer a nationwide rental service, ensuring families have access to high-quality, hygienic, and well-maintained equipment.

 

Our services include:

 

B2C Rentals: Direct rentals to traveling families.

 

B2B Partnerships: Rentals through luxury hotels, airlines, travel agencies, concierge services, and chauffeur/car rental companies.

2. Booking & Rental Process

 

2.1 Placing an Order

 

Orders must be submitted via email, Zalo or WhatsApp.

 

You must provide accurate personal details, including name, contact information, rental dates, and delivery address.

 

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a rental agreement.

 

 

2.2 Payment & Security Deposit

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

 

Payments are securely processed via OnePay using two QR codes:

 

1. QR Code 1: Rental fee + delivery costs.

 

 

2. QR Code 2: Refundable security deposit (70% of the retail price) as a credit card hold.

 

 

 

The deposit is released upon the return of undamaged equipment.

 

 

2.3 Order Confirmation

 

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message with rental details.

 

If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

3. Rental Period & Extensions

 

3.1 Rental Duration

 

The rental period starts on the agreed delivery date and ends on the agreed return date.

 

Extensions must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled return date and are subject to availability.

 

 

3.2 Late Returns

 

Late returns will be charged at twice the daily rental rate until the item is returned.

 

If an item is not returned within 5 days of the due date, it will be considered lost, and the full retail price will be charged.

4. Delivery & Collection

 

4.1 Nationwide Delivery

 

We offer delivery nationwide across Vietnam.

 

Delivery fees vary depending on the location and will be provided at the time of booking.

 

We aim to deliver at the scheduled time, but delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

4.2 Collection

 

Customers must return the rental item at the agreed time and location.

 

If collection is scheduled, you must ensure the item is available for pickup.

5. Use & Care of Rental Equipment

 

5.1 Proper Use

 

All equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

 

Customers must ensure proper installation and use of car seats, strollers, and other equipment.

 

 

5.2 Cleaning & Maintenance

 

All items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each rental.

 

Customers must return items in a clean condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.

 

 

5.3 Damage & Loss

 

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.

 

If an item is damaged beyond repair or lost, the full replacement cost (retail price) will be charged.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

 

6.1 Cancellations

 

More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund.

 

Less than 48 hours before delivery: 50% refund.

 

After delivery: No refund.

 

 

6.2 Refunds

 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

 

Security deposits will be refunded within 3 business days after the item is returned in good condition.

 

 

6.3 Changes to Bookings

 

Changes to bookings (dates, items) must be requested at least 48 hours before the rental start date and are subject to availability.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

 

7.1 Customer Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper use of rental equipment.

 

KidEase Rentals is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment.

 

 

7.2 Limitation of Liability

 

We do our best to provide high-quality, well-maintained equipment, but we cannot guarantee absolute safety.

 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

 

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Payment information is securely processed via OnePay.

 

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Force Majeure

 

KidEase Rentals is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or failure to provide services due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Third-Party Partnerships

 

KidEase Rentals partners with luxury hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and concierge services to provide rental equipment. When booking through a third party, their terms and conditions may also apply.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

 

Any disputes will be resolved in Vietnamese courts.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
